We are combining our Grounds Management and External Ops seminars this year for what is sure to be a spectacular event. We will cover information for field managers and risk managers that are tasked with keeping sites under their control for pedestrians and vehicular traffic.

Some of the biggest challenges encountered by those who are “out there – in the middle of it” occur because of being less than fully prepared. Making sure that the chain of command is set and the equipment is ready to preform top the list of what makes the grounds crew function efficiently. How do you know when to fix or replace the equipment? At this event we will hone organizational skills and problem solving plus get in-depth about the right way to ask owners for more equipment. How do you know when to involve services providers? Determining the best providers to work with can be tricky. How does one determine when liquids should be used? Who makes the decision to use liquids? To answer these questions, there is a skill set that company owners and field operations managers need to have. SFI now brings in some of the latest toys that boys and girls can crawl around on, play with, and learn about.
