SnowFighters Institute holds One Day Snow and Ice Seminars, which are held at various locations, across the country, throughout the year and are hosted by John Allin, the founder of the Snowfighters Institute.

These seminars will feature complete information from pricing to plowing on how to manage every aspect of owning and operating a snow & ice removal operation. The day will be full of information regarding pricing, jobs, growing your business, de-icing, insurance and liability issues, contracts and more!
Attendees will walk away from the seminars with expanded knowledge on:
Improving operational efficiencies;
Sharpening financial management to add more to the bottom line;
Identifying strategies to improve marketing in order to secure more contracts;
Adding snow management to existing service offerings;
Raising the quality and effectiveness of snow and ice management services;
Estimating, contract structure, and valuing a piece of business.
The one-day seminars will run from 9:00 am-3:30 pm. Registration opens at 8:00 am at each location. If registered one month in advance, the early bird registration fee of $295 per person applies. Beyond that, the registration fee is $495.
Registration includes all seminar materials and lunch. Each attendee will receive a copy of Snow Management: A Look Through Time, which has long been considered the bible of snow contractors wishing to grow their snow management operations.
Since we are well aware that you cannot learn everything you need to know in one day, all attendees will receive a $495 gift certificate to be applied to any in-house Snowfighters Institute event.
